Kotak General Insurance Co. Ltd. is hiring for Relationship Managers for their Bancassurance Channel. We are looking at hiring Relationship Managers across various locations in India. Looking at talent with 6 months to 5 years of experience from Sales and Service background.

Locations : Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.

Job Role :
· Achieve the sales targets for the allotted cluster of branch banking team.
· Work closely with bank branches in the specified clusters to identify business opportunities and source Business.
· Training the bank branches on General Insurance products.
· Establish strong business relationship with branch banking team
· Using the analytics based inputs to ensure sourcing of business
· Publishing of business dashboards to measure performance
· Execution of various projects & initiatives to increase product penetration
· Execution of campaigns and schemes in liaison with channel partners to push sales, and improve customer base
