HR Intern

3Ding | Reddx Technologies is looking for HR Intern(s) the primary nature work for the HR interns would be end to end management of employees in the company which include identifying positions to be filled, preparing job description, screening the applicants, employee onboarding and also managing and analysing the performance of employees in the company. Based on the performance as HR intern, the intern will be elevated to a full time role within the company.
Internship Duration: 6 Months (Minimum) can be extended or elevated to a full position based on performance.
Job responsibilities:
• Must prepare the Job Description for any role required in the Company.
• Must use best practices to filter the most ideal candidate from the talent pool.
• Should have the ability to multitask and meet the recruitment deadline.
• Must be willing to learn and explore various employee engagement processes for building a healthy work environment for employees within the company.
• Must be interested in learning new things and acquiring new skills whenever required.
• Must work along with external agencies for any Human Resource requirements.
• Must be able to handle teams and communicate effectively to accomplish required goals.
• Must work with the management in setting up KPI’s and performance goals for employees and be able to assist employees in accomplishing the performance goals.
Requirements
• Applicants from Chennai are preferred. (Living in or around 5-7 Kms from Anna Nagar / Ambattur are preferred)
• Any Bachelor's degree or Equivalent or MBA Graduates can apply.
o MBA Specialisations in Operations would be a plus.
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent or MBA Graduates can apply.
• Candidates with less than 2 years experience in HR can also apply for this position.
• Previous experience in HR would be an added advantage.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and written skills.
• Should possess working knowledge of email, spreadsheets and other management tools.
• Must be available to work with the position for a period of 6 months or more to be eligible
• Additional Technical knowledge in a similar background adds value.
• Fresher’s with good communication skills, ability to grasp things quickly and effectively can also apply.
• Freshers with strong interest and willingness to learn and master operations can apply.
