Experience: 6 months - 2 yrs in Technical customer service
Good knowledge in Technical routing & switching, LAN & WAN, troubleshooting, ip addressing, ip configuraion....
Language: English, Hindi with any regional south language
Shift: Rotational Shift (24*7), any 9 hrs shift..

Job description:
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Manage all customer interactions
- Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement
- Ensure updation of product, system, process and policy knowledge
- Offer a solution-based approach for all customer
