Position :SENIOR ASSOCIATE MPP STORES
Location :RLogic MSI, Bangalore.
Experience :5-7 Years
Job Type :ON-Roll
Qualification :B.Tech, ITI, Diploma
End Date : 31-05-2021
Job Description :
▶️Collect quotations from Shippers for import and export of parts. Identify the economical and efficient shipper for shipping purpose.
▶️ Coordinate with the Supplier for collecting error free shipping documents and for smooth handing over of shipments to the identified shipper.
▶️Track and communicate the shipment progress to the team and immediate Manager.
▶️Coordinate with the Shipper, CHA and provide necessary documents to CHA for clearance of the shipment from customs.
▶️Coordinate with the #Stores team for Inward and IQC of the received shipment.
▶️Coordinate with Finance team for submission of bills and ensure timely payment of Custom duties and Shipper/CHA’s invoices.
▶️must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting computer parts.
