Key Responsibilities :
Ø The key result areas (KRAs) of Product Manager will be to:
Responsible for Sales of SME Products of LAP Products, Equipment Funding/Machinery Funding/School-Institution Funding, Medical Equipment funding.
Ø Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)
Ø Customer Service – Address walk in customers issues
Reach out to SME Equipment Manufacturers for empanelment and design focused lending products for SME customers
Ø Take Complete ownership of Sales Channel Management involving lead tracking, follow through and pay-outs & Cross Selling
Ø Managing Operations activity & Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences.
Ø Deepening of existing customers and ensure retention of customers & Generate referrals from internal database.
