4. Should have the mentoring skills and leadership qualities, and be able to build a strong technical team under him/her
5. Should have exceptional problem-solving skills and technical guidance skills
6. Should have management skills, stakeholder management, risk management and P&L ownership
7. Should have good communication skills
8. Should be proficient in PPT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA etc
🔑 Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience in Cybersecurity, FuSA, Adaptive AUTOSAR
2. Candidates with PMP or similar courses will be a plus
