Job Description:
*Honor the clients and ready to provide the best consultation
*Taking the ownership related to the treatment of clients
*Ensure hygienic ambience of the branch
*Ensure client gets proper results and proper follow ups are done in a regular basis
*Ensure the execution of treatment by the therapist which as are as per SOPs
*Responsible for handling problem of the clients in a highly professional manner
*Responsible for regular client satisfaction and existing client up gradation
*To maintain the records related to the results of treatments & testimonials.
*Guiding and mentoring the support staff would be a mandatory task.
*Responsible for achieving the revenue target assigned and conscious efforts keeping the revenue of the branch
