Hiring Business Development Manager for R&D department who have knowledge and experience in below. It is #mandatory to have experience in Research and Development in Business Development.

2) Define a methodology to estimate the value of #intellectualproperty property of company
3)In collaboration with Technology Transfer team, perform portfolio valuation to gain accurate insights towards commercialization of R&D outcomes, in order to enhance the returns on investments made in R&D
4) Provide relevant inputs in terms of commercial opportunities, client engagement and marketing, to collaborate with Research Outreach and Engagement on developing the overall marketing plan, and enhance visibility of company's R&D's research, technology and infrastructure capabilities
5)Generate leads for identifying licensing opportunities through regular reach outs and proposal submissions
6)Negotiate best possible deal for company's R&D during licensing discussion with the partner, to maximize revenue generated from licensing
