Job Description
• The #CloudSupportDesk accomplishes its service targets by ensuring the delivery of uninterrupted services by 24x7x365.
• Coordination with end users, generation of ticket ID for the services related to Application / Web Services, Servers, Network, Storage, Firewall, VPN, Backup Services etc.
• This support desk shall act as the first level of support for any issues related to the Cloud Services.
