Manage the recruitment and selection process
Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References Etc.,
Evaluate the profiles, shortlist and submission of right fit profiles to the respective clients.
Ensure that the hiring process is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) as per the company's mandate
Involve in all initiatives of the organization towards process improvements and individual competency building.
Good command over written and verbal English communication.
