● PhD/M.Sc. in #Synthetic #Organic_Chemistry (4-9 years)
● Relevant Laboratory scale experience of novel catalyst synthesis route exploration.
● Knowledge in related analysis interpretation (NMR, LCMS, IR, SOR etc) and well versed with modern purification techniques (distillation, crystallisation, automated column purification, HPLC etc).
● Good scientific publication in global journals/patent will be added advantage.
