What will you do?
The resource should help manage all sales operations, strategy and analysis within the business unit. He/ She would be responsible for
1. MIS, reporting and Analytics
2. Coordination with channel sales and closing team on daily basis for numbers and reports.
3. Monitor and report on function numbers, ensuring actuals tracked to planned, investigate deviation and plan areas of improvement.
4. Work cross functionally to structure problem, develops hypothesis, conduct analyses to develop data into meaningful insight.
5. Ensure the entire channel function operational deliverables are executed. Billing, invoicing and follow up on payments will be a part of profile on daily basis.
Real estate background is must for this profile. *Candidates with relevant experience need apply.
