Role Definition & Requirements:

The role of the Call Center Representative is to act as the liaison between our company and current/potential customers. The ideal candidate for this position must be experienced, self-driven, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service as a voice agent.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for making and receiving outbound/inbound calls, managing a large volume of calls in a professional manner, following provided scripts, striving to exceed assigned targets, building sustainable relationships, engaging customers by going the extra mile, and keeping accurate records of all conversations in our CRM database.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal, sales, problem-solving, verbal (with a US accent), and written communication skills.
The candidate should have a proven track record of over-achieving targets, strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, customer focus, adaptability to different personality types, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills.

Educational Qualification Requirements:
A minimum graduate degree in any stream is required.

Desired Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of international outbound sales experience in the US.
Prior experience in the healthcare or mass tort domain is preferred.
