Key Responsibilities
Inspection of gear parts on CMM (Zeiss brand)
Preparing inspection report
Inspection of parts through Trimos, Roughness Tester, Height Gauge, Hardness Tester, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Digital Vernier, Plunger Dial Gauge, Slip Gauge etc
Calibration of tools & gauges
Development of CMM programmes
Maintenance of infrastructure of Standard Room
Maintaining records of inspection & presenting the same in audits
Part alignment as per engineering drawing
Lead & profile graph

Key skills required-
Should lead team of 20 persons & capable to lead one big unit.
Should know degree of freedom.
Should know GD & T parameters.
Should know about drawing.
Experience in MSA, SPC, 7QC Tools, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke etc
Should be able to handle machine operators.
Academic Qualifications-
Full Time Engineering Graduate or Diploma from AICTE/UGC recognized institutes only.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Standard Room & CMM Machine operation
