Key Job Description:

Preparation of plan for day to day testing activities of in-process, samples (Viral Vaccine like Infuenza, MMR, varicella, Hepatitis, DNA vaccines) as per approved procedure and specification.
Establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications and make sure that produced products meet pharmacopoeia / predefined standards
Having exposure/knowledge of different test parameter like; HA Content, Ovalbumin content, Total protein content, Mycoplasma testing, cell culture analysis, Virus titre, DNA Content etc.
Review of analytical method validation protocols and reports.
Routine calibration/ verification of Virology lab. Instrument/equipment as per schedule.
Preparation and maintenance of Reference Standard, working standard.
Review of Summary Protocol and preparation of COA. Review of analytical records.
Initiation of change control or deviation/OOS (if any).
In-house QC release/Certification of in-process, drug substance and drug product samples (Viral Vaccine).
