Job Description: -
At Grinntech, we are seeking highly motivated and skilled Hardware Testing Engineer to join out Testing Team. The testing engineer is responsible for testing, validation and analysis of lithium-ion battery cells and packs to ensure performance, safety and reliability. The testing engineer will work closely with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement testing protocols and contribute to the advancement of battery technologies.

Responsibilities: -
·       Design, develop and implement test plans and protocols for lithium-ion battery cells and packs.
·       Conduct performance, safety and reliability tests, including but not limited to charge/discharge cycles, capacity tests, thermal stability and abuse tests.
·       Analyze test data to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement.
·       Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test reports, procedures and results.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations based on test findings.
·       Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in battery testing technologies.
·       Ensure Compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
·       Set up and operate testing equipment and instruments for lithium-ion battery testing,
·       Perform routine and specialized tests according to established protocols.
·       Monitor tests and record data accurately and systematically.
·       Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
·       Assist engineers in troubleshooting and resolving testing issues.
·       Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
