The candidate will be responsible for facilitating process workgroups to define processes and provide guidance on the standardization of processes in projects and various support functions for optimum results. The job requires the candidate to use a combination of logic, analysis, experience, and wisdom to provide overall direction and effective solutions for ensuring compliance and leveraging best practices.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) in line with the requirement. This will also involve prioritizing process changes, planning for release and deployment, and institutionalization of processes and best practices as per the organizational direction and road map. The job would require regular analysis of training needs on various aspects of process frameworks and other business needs and that these are planned and conducted to meet business objectives.
