Job Description:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Min 8+ years of experience in HR Operations and HRMS implementation in a large organization,
preferably in the NBFC/financial services sector.

Proven experience in leading a team and managing HR operations processes end-to-end.
Strong project management skills with prior experience in implementing HRMS systems.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with IT and HR teams.
Experience handling audits and ensuring operational compliance.
