Job Description:

· Be a team player and tie up with other team members as required to achieve business goals and initiatives across the unit.
· Support with HR communications on new programs, systems, and processes as required.
· Partner with HR teams to ensure effective back-office HR operations on onboarding, off boarding, payroll, orientation, training sessions, Employees queries, reporting, compliance, and data management.
· Monitor data to improve HR processes.
· Manage employee recognition and development programs
· Provide consultation to the line manager on coaching and career development.
· Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies.

Requirements:
· Knowledge of HR theories and Practices.
· Experienced in problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Advanced Excel, and PPT.
· Thorough knowledge and experience in using HR tools.
· Hands-on experience in Power BI for creating Dashboards and reports.
