Professional Experience & Education- The Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or other relevant qualification. He should have at least 6 years experience out of which 2 years in highway projects. He should have good knowledge of MOEF guidelines/requirements for mitigation measures.
