Document Controller – Dubai, UAE – 2 to 3 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to be based in Dubai, UAE for an EPC company for a 2 to 3 months contract.

- must have previous Experience as Document Controller for Heavy Power Plants
- Must be available to start on Short notice
- Must be in UAE now.
. Visa , medical , Camp Accommodation and Transportation from Camp and Site Provided

Qualifications:
1- 5+ years construction experience
2- Work experience as a Document Controller with MEP contracting.
3- Hands-on experience with MS Office
4- Proficient typing and editing skills.
5- Data organization skills
6- Attention to detail.
7- Can join immediately.

Job Description:
1- Copying, scanning, and storing documents
2- Checking for accuracy and editing files, like correspondence, submittals, etc.
3- Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)
4- Distribute project-related copies to internal team.
5- File documents in physical and digital records
6- Create templates for future use.
7- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
8- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
9- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
