· With experience up to 4 years

1. Responsible for maintaining Total #staffing level present in #Cinema.
2. Coordinating for campus tie-ups/ bulk hiring.
3. Responsible for checking Attrition lower than 60% annualized per site.
4. Responsible for on time completion of joining
5. Responsible for all Exit and FnF processing with accurate and complete details in stipulated time without rejection
6. Responsible for maintaining HR Systems
7. Maintaining Personal files & updating the same
8. Responsible for Kronos and attendance management.
9. Errorless #payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
10. Responsible for #Audit Reports and Ratings achieved in HR dept.
11. Responsible for Sending Reports / #MIS & cost related details on weekly / monthly basis to #HR SPOC
12. Responsible for employee engagement on sites
