Job Responsibilities:

Must have experience of working on System integrator clients like TCS, Infosys, cognizant, Capgemini, L&T infotech etc.
Must have their own point of contacts with these (SI) clients.
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, Ensure client retention.
Handle client communications and write client reports and communicate client agendas to other staff.
Leading, managing and monitoring the assigned team.
