Why B.Sc, BCA and B.Com?
We could see that most of the B.Sc, BCA and B.Com graduates are from rural areas where they lag in getting more opportunities and they need more awareness too.
Since we are already known to most of the B.E graduates, we have planned to give chances to these graduates from rural areas.
Why Frontend developers?
There is no purposeful limitations. We are just starting with Frontend developers. We feel that Frontend could be their known technology and easy to learn too.
We hope that this will create interest and awareness among those rural candidates.
We are planning to run a series of drive for our rural offices. Further drives will be fine tuned based on our learnings.
