BREAKING: The student government at @UNLincoln shamefully passed an antisemitic divestment resolution last night.

The @u_nebraska Board of Regents rightfully rejected it immediately.

"While the University of Nebraska respects student governance and our students' right to voice their perspectives, the members of the NU Board of Regents do not have plans to act on the divestiture resolution passed during Wednesday’s ASUN meeting at UNL," said Board of Regents Chairman Paul Kenney.

3. Irán transferiría a un tercer país los más de 400 kilos de uranio enriquecido al 60% que posee actualmente.​
4. Irán se comprometería a no hacer uso de sus misiles balísticos salvo en caso de defensa propia.​
5. Irán se comprometería a no transferir armas ni tecnología militar a sus aliados regionales (Hezbollah, los Hutíes, las milicias iraquíes, etc.).​
6. A cambio, se establecería un "tratado de no agresión" entre los EEUU e Irán.

- Pongámoslo en perspectiva: Cuba produce unos 40/45.000 barriles diarios en sus pozos de la costa norte, pero necesita importar alrededor de 70.000 barriles adicionales para cubrir su demanda total de entre 110/125.000 barriles diarios.
- Hasta hace unas pocas semanas atrás, eran Venezuela y México quienes enviaban ese petróleo, y en muy pequeña medida también les llegaba algo desde Rusia (∼ 10%), pero estos grifos se le han cerrado.

Palestinian terrorist sheltered by the Palestinian Authority for years finally brought to justice

In December 2007, three terrorists shot and fatally wounded Ahikam Amihai and David Ruben as they were hiking near Hebron.

Ahikam and David managed to shoot back and kill one of the terrorists before succumbing to their wounds.

The other two terrorists, Ali Dandis and Omar Badr Halim Taha, were members of the Palestinian Authority security forces. They fled and were taken into "protective custody" by the PA.

Dandis continued to orchestrate terror attacks from inside the PA prison and even carried out a shooting attack on a bus near Hebron in 2012. He was captured by Israeli security forces in December 2024 after he was released from PA custody.

Today, an Israeli court sentenced Dandis to three life sentences (two for the murders of David and Ahikam, and a third for the attack in Hebron). He was also ordered to pay 5.2 million NIS to the families of Ahikam and David.

Omar Taha reportedly remains in PA "protective custody."
