'South Kurdistan And Iraq Must Rise Up Against Turkish Occupation!' - by the KCK Foreign Relations Committee.

As is stated: "The lack of reaction by Baghdad and Hewler (Erbil) against the Turkish occupation of southern Kurdistan and Iraqi territory is a very serious threat to the future of the communities living in Iraq. The danger is that the Turkish occupation is permanent and will eventually turn into an annexation."

Also: "All Iraqis, especially the people of southern Kurdistan, must oppose the occupation and annexation of their lands by the Turkish army. By rejecting the policies of their own governments that legitimize Turkish occupation, they should take an active stance against the occupation."

In the German city of Hamburg, students gathered and watched the film "Commander Arian."

HAMBURG - Many young students living in Hamburg joined the program led by young female students.

After the screening of the film, they discussed leadership and the importance of women in the revolution.

Rıfat Horoz, aka Comrade Karker fell as a martyr 9 years ago. On the night of 25 June 2015, Comrade Karker was among the more than 250 people murdered as a result of the attack of ISIS mercenaries on Kobanê.

Karker Amca (Uncle) was looking at a handful of soil in his hands as if he were looking at the past of all humanity... While the soil was flowing down from his fingers to the ground, he said, "Look, girl, these lands are all Neolithic," referring to the fertile Mesopotamian lands.

He was given the codename Karker because he was a worker of these lands and the Kurdish Freedom Movement. He said with great pride, "Ez tevlê YPG'ê bume" (I joined the YPG), as there is no age limit for struggle, partisanship and even war.

URGENT PRESS RELEASE

Turkish occupation escalates long-term war with regional and global implications

The recent escalation of Turkey’s military presence in Iraqi Kurdistan under the pretext of fighting PKK guerrillas is a blatant violation of Iraqi sovereignty and a threat to regional stability. Turkey’s deployment of tanks, soldiers and checkpoints deep inside Iraqi Kurdish territory is a clear attempt to occupy Iraqi Kurdistan. This will lead to an escalation of the long-term war with regional and global implications.

The aggressive actions of the Turkish military, including setting up checkpoints, interrogating road users, and emptying villages, demonstrates a de facto occupation of the region that undermines the sovereignty of Iraq and the Kurdish people. The reported deployment of hundreds of tanks and armored vehicles – along with the establishment of military bases – raises serious concerns about Turkey’s intentions in the region.

4 young women decided to join the PKK!

KOBANÊ - The 3rd Martyr Zîlan Festival of the Young Women's Union, which was held in the city of Kobanê, concluded with great enthusiasm with the participation of hundreds of people. At the festival, on the anniversary of the sacrificial act of Martyr Zîlan, 4 young women decided to join the PKK to follow in the footsteps of Martyr Zîlan.

The women who decided to join the ranks of the freedom movement took the stage at the festival and announced their participation in front of hundreds of people with these words:

"We promise the Leader APO that we will follow the path he has shown us. We promise the martyrs that we will not leave their vengeance on the ground. Just as Martyr Zîlan did not accept the conspiracy against Leader Apo and sacrificed her life for him, we too will follow the path of Martyr Zîlan and free our Leader.

The young women who decided to join the PKK were greeted by the crowd with cheers and slogans of 'Bijî Serok APO'.

Resentment of people in occupied areas against Turkish occupation

Since this afternoon, the occupied cities of Bab, Azaz and Afrin have been witnessing protests against the Turkish presence in response to racist practices against Syrians, in particular the attack on Syrian families last Sunday in Kayseri, and the protest against the recent rapprochement between Ankara and Damascus.

According to sources, protesters blocked the main road in al-Bab in front of a number of Turkish trucks and attacked and damaged them, as shown in videos on social media.

Other footage also showed protesters bringing down the Turkish flag from a Turkish “Civil Registry Building” in Azaz, and protesters expelling employees of the Turkish post office in the occupied town of Rajo.

In Afrin, mercenary activists reported that dozens of demonstrators demanding the departure of the Turkish governor from the city were fired upon, in front of the “Seraya” building and the city’s municipality, without information about casualties.
