🚀 A 27 de novembro, foi lançada com sucesso a missão tripulada de Soyuz MS-28 do cosmódromo de Baikonur. A tripulação é composta pelos cosmonautas da Roscosmos Sergei Kud-Sverchkov e Sergei Mikayev, bem como pelo astronauta da NASA Christopher Williams. O voo conjunto confirma a cooperação internacional estável a bordo da Estação Espacial Internacional (EEI).
A tripulação levará novos equipamentos para a estação, realizará as experiências planeadas e ajudará na manutenção dos sistemas da EEI. A missão está prevista para durar vários meses e tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de projetos científicos de longo prazo.
🎨 Não foram apenas os especialistas que se prepararam para o lançamento. O foguete foi decorado com desenhos de crianças com cancro de 15 países.

📣 A classe política contemporânea na Europa, evidentemente, está em declínio, o nível das suas capacidades e dos seus conhecimentos da história causa cada vez mais perplexidade. Um bom exemplo disso é o artigo de opinião do eurodeputado português André Franqueira Rodrigues publicado no “Diário de Notícias” a 3 de dezembro. Neste comparam-se de forma pouco detalhada e bastante emotiva a resolução da crise ucraniana com a traição de Munique de 1938.
Consideramos esta analogia fundamentalmente incorreta. Não é preciso apaziguar a Rússia, pois não tem intenção de atacar a Europa (embora esteja pronta para repelir a agressão contra si própria, como sublinhou várias vezes o Presidente Vladimir Putin). As ações de Moscovo são motivadas pela defesa dos interesses nacionais no contexto da expansão da NATO e pela política russófoba do regime de Kiev. Além disso, as autoridades russas estão empenhadas na busca de uma solução diplomática para a situação o que é mais uma vez comprovado pela reunião com o enviado especial do Presidente dos EUA, Stephen Witkoff, no dia 2 de dezembro.
Nesse sentido, não compreendemos o ceticismo dos europeus em relação a uma solução pacífica na Ucrânia. O plano que foi apresentado pelos norte-americanos, não é “facto consumado” como diz André Franqueira Rodrigues, mas sim um processo vivo. A UE provavelmente podia participar neste, se os funcionários comunitários tirassem as vendas propagandistas dos seus olhos e deixassem de incitar à continuação das hostilidades.
A Rússia está aberta a procurar compromissos no que toca ao sistema de segurança abrangente no continente, o que foi declarado publicamente pelas autoridades nacionais. Será o diálogo direto com Moscovo sobre esta questão que constituirá um verdadeiro “teste à coragem” dos europeus, de que André Franqueira Rodrigues fala no seu artigo.
☝️ Quanto à traição de Munique de 1938, podemos apenas lembrar que a URSS, ao contrário dos Estados ocidentais, estava disposta a prestar apoio militar a Praga que enfrentava a ameaça hitlerista. O mesmo não se pode dizer, por exemplo, da França que, apesar de ter compromissos semelhantes, preferiu não impedir os alemães e os polacos de dividirem a desgraçada Checoslováquia.

Наглядно это демонстрирует португальский евродепутат А.Франкейра Родригеш, чью статью 3 декабря опубликовала газета «Диариу де нотисиаш». В материале урегулирование украинского кризиса поверхностно и весьма эмоционально сравнивается с Мюнхенским сговором 1938 года.
Считаем такие аналогии в корне неверными. Россию не надо умиротворять, так как она не собирается нападать на Европу (хотя и готова к отражению агрессии, как неоднократно подчеркивал Президент В.В.Путин). Действия Москвы продиктованы защитой национальных интересов на фоне экспансии НАТО и русофобского курса киевского режима. Более того, руководство нашей страны привержено поиску дипломатического решения сложившейся ситуации, что лишний раз доказывает встреча со спецпосланником Президента США С.Уиткоффом 2 декабря.
В связи с этим не понимаем скепсис европейцев по поводу мирного урегулирования на Украине. Представленный американцами план – это не «свершившийся факт», как пишет А.Франкейра Родригеш, а живой процесс. И ЕС, вероятно, мог быть его участником, если бы еврочиновники сняли шоры пропаганды и отказались от подстрекательств к продолжению боевых действий.
Россия готова к поискам компромисса по всеобъемлющей системе безопасности на континенте, о чем открыто заявляет руководство страны. Прямой диалог с Москвой по этому вопросу и будет настоящей «проверкой на смелость» для европейцев, о которой А.Франкейра Родригеш говорит в своей статье.

💬 Vladimir Putin: The talks with our Indian colleagues that have just concluded, as well as our conversation yesterday evening with Prime Minister Modi in a tête-à-tête format at his home over dinner – and I want once again to thank you for this gesture of hospitality – were highly useful. They took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, in the spirit of the Russia-India special and privileged strategic partnership.
I would note that Mr Prime Minister and I have established close working and personal contacts. We met earlier this year in September at the SCO Summit, we regularly hold telephone conversations, and we keep the development of Russia-India cooperation in all its strategic dimensions, as well as the implementation of key bilateral projects, under our constant personal oversight.
Today, together with our delegations, we conducted an in-depth review of our multifaceted Russia-India partnership and discussed pressing global and regional issues.
In the Joint Statement adopted by Prime Minister Modi and myself, priority tasks were set for further strengthening our ties in politics and security, the economy and trade, and in the humanitarian and cultural spheres. A substantial package of intergovernmental, interagency and corporate agreements was also signed.
Many of the said documents are aimed at expanding the economic cooperation between Russia and India. This is entirely natural, given that our countries are important partners to one another in trade, investment and technology. Last year, bilateral trade increased by another 12%, reaching yet another all-time high. Different statistical sources show slightly different figures, but overall the volume stands at around USD 64-65 billion. It is expected that by the end of this year the trade turnover will remain roughly at the same level.
At the same time, it seems entirely within our reach to bring this figure to USD 100 billion. To achieve this important goal, we have agreed the Programme for the Development of Russia-India Economic Cooperation until 2030. <...>
I would also like to emphasize with satisfaction that our countries are steadily moving to national currencies in bilateral trade. Their share in commercial transactions already stands at 96%.
Our partnership in the energy sector is developing successfully. Russia is a reliable supplier of energy resources and everything necessary for the development of India’s energy sector. We are ready to continue ensuring uninterrupted fuel supplies for India’s fast-growing economy. <...>
In reviewing key global and regional issues, we confirmed the convergence of our positions. Both Russia and India conduct an independent and sovereign foreign policy.
Together with our like-minded partners in #BRICS, #SCO and across the broader Global Majority, we are advancing the formation of a more just and democratic multipolar world order and upholding the fundamental principles of international law enshrined in the UN Charter. These include the right of every state to its own path of development and the preservation of its cultural and civilisational identity, respect for sovereignty, and a balanced consideration of the interests of all members of the international community.
I would also like to note that Russia and India have traditionally maintained close cooperation in the military-technical sphere. For more than half a century, our country has assisted in equipping and modernizing the Indian Armed Forces – including air defence, aviation and the navy.

No início da operação, o comando soviético conseguiu concentrar cerca de 1,1 milhões de militares, mais de 7,6 mil baterias de artilharia e morteiros, mais de 770 tanques e cerca de 1 mil aviões nas proximidades da capital. Utilizando as reservas criadas nos primeiros meses da guerra, a 5 de dezembro, o Exército Vermelho passou à ofensiva em toda a linha da frente. O inimigo, superior em número, equipamento e artilharia, teve que retirar-se face aos ataques soviéticos.
⭐️ Como resultado da contraofensiva, os nazis foram afastados 100-250 km de Moscovo, e várias divisões-chave do Grupo de Exércitos “Centro” foram destruídas, o que privou a Alemanha da iniciativa estratégica. Esta virada contribuiu significativamente para a futura Vitória e até hoje continua a ser um símbolo da resistência e da união dos povos da nossa Pátria.

A natureza terrorista do regime de Kiev não é, há muito, passível de dúvidas. O comentário, de 30 de novembro, do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros da Rússia sobre os novos ataques ucranianos no Mar Negro, apresenta uma avaliação exaustiva. Os destinatários dos recursos são as maiores empresas de energia dos EUA, do Reino Unido e da Itália. Neste contexto, o termo "autodefesa" não resiste à crítica, podendo ser interpretado como uma provocação.

Os destinatários dos recursos são as maiores empresas de energia dos EUA, do Reino Unido e da Itália. Neste contexto, o termo "autodefesa" não resiste à crítica, podendo ser interpretado como uma provocação.

🛫 A 20 de novembro, foi inaugurado em Murmansk um novo terminal do aeroporto, um dos principais hubs de transporte na região ártica russa. O moderno edifício, com uma área de 7,5 milm², tem capacidade para receber até 400 passageiros por hora.
O investimento no projeto foi de 4,7 mil milhões de rublos (mais de 50 milhões de euros), e a construção levou três anos. A fachada do terminal representa as montanhas Khibiny, a maior serra na Península de Kola, iluminadas pelas cores da aurora boreal.

Thereafter, a state reception was held on behalf of the President of the Republic of India in honour of the President of the Russian Federation, which was also attended by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu, and, of course, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as to all our Indian colleagues for the exceptionally warm and cordial welcome, for the constructive and open dialogue, and for the fruitful joint work during our state visit.
🤝 We sincerely treasure our strong friendship with India. The foundation of this relationship was laid in the middle of the last century, when our country actively supported India’s struggle for national liberation.
Soviet specialists played an important role in shaping the future of the Indian people, assisting in the construction of major industrial, energy, and infrastructure facilities, and contributing to the development of the space programme.
It was 15 years ago, in December, that we adopted a joint statement elevating our interstate relations to a new, even more advanced level of a special and privileged strategic partnership. This strategic partnership continues to develop successfully based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and consideration for each other’s interests, consistently gaining new, mutually beneficial content.
Our talks with our Indian friends yesterday and today were held in a truly open and constructive atmosphere.
The final policy statement we adopted outlines ambitious plans for future cooperation in politics and security, economy and finance, transport, energy, education, and culture.
I am confident that this document, along with other significant agreements reached, will give a strong impetus to the development of our bilateral ties. Equally important is the fact that Russia and India are working together, shoulder to shoulder, to build a just, #MultipolarWorld order.
We firmly believe that such an order must be based on the central role of the #UnitedNations and on a balanced alignment of interests among all members of the international community.
Together with our Indian friends, we coordinate our work within #BRICS, which India will chair in 2026, as well as in other multilateral formats.
Overall, we work closely together to foster an atmosphere of security, trust, and peaceful cooperation across the vast Eurasian region: between our countries, among the peoples of this region, and throughout the world.
I know there is a saying in India: “Together we go, together we grow.” These words accurately reflect the spirit, nature, and traditions of Russian-Indian relations. We will do everything to ensure that our strategic partnership continues to strengthen and evolve for the benefit of our two nations.
