Of these features, both Invest #90L near the Windward Islands & another system near the Bahamas pose a risk of land impacts.

7pm EST 23 Nov: NHC is monitoring a non-tropical system (Invest #90L), that has a medium chance (40%🟠) of becoming a subtropical or tropical storm as it moves NE over the subtropical Atlantic the next few days.
