#VonKarman vortices are such a sweet treat for a Friday afternoon!
Europe’s #Meteosat10 had a view of these cloud formations off the Atlantic coast of Africa today, streaming off the Cabo Verde Islands. They form when winds are diverted, causing air to flow in curved streamlines.
