After a slower than usual start the 2024 Antarctic #ozonehole has been fairly average throughout its development. The maximum size was reached in late September as usual, and it is now gradually decreasing.

The 2024 Antarctic #ozonehole continues its fairly average development, unlike the large ozone holes from previous years, declining very steadily since mid-October.

Is this a sign of recovery? We answered this question in this article: https://t.co/DAoWawKER5 https://t.co/3GaESBJDfm
