10:35am ET Update on #AL92: Aircraft and satellite data indicate the low 120 mi E of Jacksonville has developed a well-defined center, however the showers and thunderstorms are not quite organized enough for this system to be considered a tropical cyclone. It could still become a short-lived tropical depression before moving into NE FL or GA tonight. More: https://t.co/GzH6jjYcoV
