Waist-deep floods, ruined houses, storm surges, lost lives: this is what November has looked like for the Philippines so far. With strong typhoons coming in and out of the country every week, people are becoming more and more weary of living a life in the midst of climate chaos.

The Philippines' vulnerability to climate change is more obvious now more than ever. And so we ask: who should pay for the damages? Who should be blamed for the worsening climate crisis?
