NHC has released the Tropical Cyclone Report for Hurricane #Lee (September 5-16, 2023). Lee rapidly intensified to a category 5 hurricane over the Atlantic but avoided land as a hurricane. It made landfall as a post-tropical cyclone in Nova Scotia.
