The Tropical Cyclone Report for Potential Tropical Cyclone #Eight (September 15-17, 2024) has been posted on the NHC website. Although the system did not become a tropical cyclone before moving onshore near the North Carolina/South Carolina border, it produced strong winds and serious flooding in the region.
