#AWI scientist Nicole Biebow chaired a session on local responses to cryosphere risks at the #OnePlanetPolarSummit today. Effects of a changing cryosphere on research operations were discussed, as well as possible solutions, such as refreezing glacial lakes in the Himalayas.
