Tonight, units of the Security Service of Ukraine struck the infrastructure of three Russian oil refineries in Bashkortostan. These plants process millions of tons of oil each year.

The Pentagon is handing leadership of NATO's Ukraine military aid coordination group to a European ally, marking another step in the Trump administration's effort to reduce the U.S. military role in Europe.

Support for Ukraine is expected to continue, but some Ukrainian officials worry that losing direct U.S. leadership could slow aid and reduce access to American intelligence and logistics.
