What often happens is this: we’ll have a deal with Russia ready, but President Zelensky won’t agree to it. You saw that when he was in the Oval Office — I wasn’t happy.

Then there are times when President Zelensky wants to make a deal, and Putin doesn’t want to make the deal.

It’s a very difficult balance.

Trump on Putin and Zelensky:

I’m going to meet with Zelensky later today. I believe they’re at a point where they can come together and get a deal done.

And if they don’t, they’re stupid. That goes for both of them. And I know they’re not stupid — but if they don’t get this done, they are stupid.

Trump on Hamas:

They were born with a weapon in their hands, so it is not easy for them to disarm.

Trump on Hamas disarmament:

If they don’t, they’ll be blown away very quickly.
