Fixes and improvements for the new design:
- The Settings tab has been moved to the left, creating the illusion of the old side menu (swipe still works),
- Removed the damn Contacts tab,
- Chat list items can now use either the "Pills" or "VKUI" style depending on what is set in tg://cg_folders - https://xn--r1a.website/CherrygramBetaAPKs/2273б
- Fixed dividers,
- Fixed a crash when opening Stories.
