Hello all! We're getting much closer to Chang #2 and turning on the final features to Cardano's on-chain governance 🙌

TLDR:

* Cardano node version 10.1.1 is out, and is the node candidate to take Cardano out of the technical bootstrapping phase and into full on-chain governance - important for SPOs, DApps, wallets, exchanges and more.
* If you haven't delegated to a Delegate Representative (DRep) check out https://gov.tools and connect your wallet
* Note: After the upgrade, if you haven't delegated to a DRep, your staking rewards will still accumulate, but you won't be able to withdraw them until you do.
