The German government has retreated from a plan to legally commit itself to meeting NATO's 2% military spending target on an annual basis, a government source told Reuters on Wednesday.

This wording is softer than Scholz's original pledge in a speech on Feb 27, 2022, in which he announced a "Zeitenwende" or sea change three days after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"From now on, we will invest more than 2% of the GDP into our defence year after year," Scholz said at the time.

🐣 🇺🇸 The Last Hope Of The West & The Fertility Whitepill

As fertility declines in the US & Europe, it is only the conservative Heartland Culture that wants to preserve Western Civilization – and is also reproducing in sufficient numbers to do so.

There is nothing subtle about this map of white fertility rates. The Democratic strongholds are dark green, with far below replacement fertility. All the high birth areas are Republican states in the Midwest, Plains, South & Intermountain West.

The total fertility for whites was estimated by the CDC to be 1.67. So, a little algebra shows us that the Red fertility is about 2.03 children per woman, and the Blue fertility rate (pre-pandemic) is about 1.21 children per woman.

Nationally, Repubs are at almost replacement levels, Dems are far below.

Importantly, Red fertility rates vary greatly. The more rural, conservative and religious the person AND the county (the culture), the higher the fertility rate.

In the Heartland, we are seeing a second generation divergence, where children raised in families that loved their country, loved children, and value family are having their own children – and they are doing so at about 2X the rate.

When the true picture is seen, then the widespread myths can also be seen. White America is shown as being in irreversible decline, demographically doomed, but that is simply not true. Liberal whites are indeed in a death spiral.

True demographic destiny – if current fertility rates hold – is that the white Heartland Culture becomes dominant, hispanics reproduce at an equal rate but do not overtake, liberal whites disappear, and the black population slowly shrinks

The only way to prevent this is for the Dems to cheat – which they are of course doing in every way possible.

Immigration is the ultimate cheat, and this is why the borders are open and millions are flooding in.

Since white conservative children are already almost 70% more numerous than white liberal children, and likely to be 100%+ more common soon, the Dem teachers are trying to capture our kid’s minds and poison our children against us

The hard left Dems are in a demographic death spiral, but being the controlling and vicious people they are, they are trying to destroy the white conservative culture before they go, and while they still have the numbers to do so

Part of this attempted destruction is the attempt to control the flow of information and convince the Heartland Culture we have no hope, even while continuously insulting us as hicks, rednecks, etc. – and part of the Right is helping with this

We are strong. We are winning.

We just have to keep the faith, seal the borders and take back our schools.

None of those are impossible – so long as our leaders come from within our Heartland Culture.

- ANALYSIS: Why is the visit of Quds Force Commander Ismael Qaani important?

In the past month or two, the Quds Force General has visited several important countries related to the Iran-axis, including Lebanon, Syria and now Iraq.

Not only does this come amidst an increase in Israel - Hezbollah tensions, but also during a time in which, according to credible reports, the United States has pressured the Iraqi government to disband the pro-Iran Popular Mobilization Forces; the coalition of militias that was created at the order of Ayatollah Sistani in 2014 after the fall of Mosul, in order to bring a destructive blow to ISIS in the Levant.

This coalition of pro-Iran groups, which almost singlehandedly defeated the so-called Islamic State, is still the number one political player in the Iraqi political scene, despite being internally divided.

Many of the PMU's militias are increasingly supportive of Muqtada Sadr, a nationalist Shiite religious cleric and former ally of Iran. These Sadrists, who decisively won the Iraqi election of 2021, have now been pushing for a strong independent Iraqi state, free of both American and Iranian influence.

However, these Sadrists, who are heavily critical of Iran, are now even willing to cooperate with the American occupation to expel Iranian influence in Iraq. This has led to other Shiite militias straight up viewing the Sadrists as American stooges and power-hungry traitors.

On the other hand, there are still many pro-Iran factions, such as Asa'ib Ahl-al-Haqq, led by the Shiite cleric Qais al-Khazali. His faction, amongst many others, are fervent opponents of Muqtada Sadr. This contrast in ideology between nationalists and pro-Iran loyalists has led to severe tensions.

Perhaps, General Qaani is in Baghdad to mediate between these Shiite militias, who used to be 90% pro-Iran, but are now becoming increasingly independent and reckless.

At the same time, we hear reports of the United States sending more and more troops to bases in Iraq and Syria, coupled with threats of closing the Al-Bukamal border crossing on the Iraqi side to stop the flow of Iranian arms to Syria and Lebanon.

Regardless of what the reason is, Ismael Qaani's predecessor, Qasem Soleimani, always functioned as a uniting force and mediator between the several pro-Iran factions and those more critical of Iran.

Visits by IRGC leaders in the past have always been at important and critical moments, and this time is probably no different.

Let's see if General Qaani can do the same job as his predecessor, and somehow unite the Iraqi political scene, while at the same time preventing the American schemes from coming to fruition.
