MOSCOW — Russia will pull out of the International Space Station after 2024 and focus on building its own orbiting outpost, the country’s new space chief said Tuesday amid high tensions between Moscow and the West over the fighting in Ukraine.
Moscow and Washington cooperated in space even at the height of the Cold War, when Apollo and Soyuz spacecraft docked in orbit in 1975 in the first crewed international space mission, helping improve U.S.-Soviet relations.
With Elon Musk’s SpaceX company now flying NASA astronauts to and from the space station, the Russian Space Agency lost a major source of income. For years, NASA had been paying tens of millions of dollars per seat for rides to and from the station aboard Russian rockets.
NASA has been working with U.S. companies on establishing their own private space stations to eventually replace the International Space Station.

This week, between July 25 and 29, Brazil will host the 15th Conference of Defence Ministers of the Americas (CMDA), a forum that brings together the continent's countries to discuss the defence and security sector.
Brazil, host of the event, proposed a discussion on the role of the Armed Forces in the face of migration flows. The Brazilian Army coordinates Operation Acolhida, which receives Venezuelan refugees in Roraima.
The program includes the presentation of the results of the discussions of the Working Groups (WGs) held during this biennium: cyber defense and cyberspace; women, peace and security and cooperation in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.

🏳 🇵🇰 Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan welcomes the agreement and unity of leaders of religious parties and religious schools of Bajaur tribal region.
Scholars are the most blessed and God-fearing class of society (Anmayakhshi Allah min obada al-ul-Ulama) and they are the inheritors of the Prophets.
Only the scholars can properly understand the temptations in the society and only the scholars can provide the best strategy to prevent them. The suspension of the Islamic system is the root of all temptations and it is the greatest misfortune of the Pakistani society. The coming into existence of Pakistan and along with this, the annexation of the tribes living in Pakistan, especially the Pashtuns and tribes, were here for the purpose and goal that there will be an Islamic system, but from the beginning, the army, the establishment, which is hostile to Sharia in the country. And slave political families are the main obstacles in the way of achieving this auspicious goal. Of course, Alhamdulillah about Pakistan, it is a place of great joy and satisfaction that there is a large stock of Ahl al-Haq scholars and religious and religious people, and In the preparation of this stock, the religious schools in general and especially the religious schools associated with Al-Wafaq al-Madaris al-Arabiya have a very important role. Do not cause disagreements on subordinate and jihadist issues and protect Islamic values and the Islamic system in a united manner. To make efforts based on Sharia method, then this action can certainly change the destiny of Pakistan and the purpose for which Pakistan came into existence can be achieved.
The concept of Pakistan (implementation of the Islamic system) is a national agreement and contract between the people of Pakistan. It is the Islamic and national duty of the people of Pakistan to implement it. He is, and he is leading his country towards division and analysis.
The unity and consensus of the leaders of religious schools and religious parties in the tribal area of Bajaur Agency is a praiseworthy act.
