The Agenda: Their Vision - Your Future has ticked past 1 million views on YouTube.
It's been translated into more than 13 languages. It’s been viewed directly over a half a million times on X from this account alone. It’s been uniquely downloaded over 8,000 times from the website and mirrored all over the internet. I also know that it has been distributed via physical screenings and bootleg hard copy. I think it’s safe to say that collectively it has now been seen millions of times.
I’d like to take the opportunity to say thank you to everybody that has helped promote and share this film and get it out to the world. This has been a wholly grassroots effort and its distribution has only been made possible with your support.
We made the film available for free because of the nature of the information covered but if you’d like to donate and help us recoup some of our substantial production costs, you can do so via the website.
I feel a need to thank the participants for their trust and their significant contributions. Many have never met one another or even interacted and I’m sure would not necessarily agree on every issue. Your trust to come together in collaboration with Mark Sharman and myself in order to put together the most impactful end result possible truly means a lot.
As for whether the film’s days on YouTube are numbered, I’m not sure.
Mark and I previously collaborated on the film Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion, which was censored from YouTube with 991,178 views, albeit shortly after it was mentioned in parliament.
YouTube appears to have changed course on this front, recently vowing to “protect free expression” by pulling back on content moderation (censorship).
Nevertheless, I’m a firm believer that how you behaved during the Covid era is exactly who you are. Crises, real or manufactured, have that effect on people and organisations. And such a strategic pivot could just as easily be reversed overnight.
Not to mention an algorithmic “dialling down” of visibility by way of search exclusion, reduced reach and general shadowbanning is likely the freshly favoured approach for dealing with inconvenient information. It’s quieter and comes with plausible deniability baked in.
So will The Agenda stay on YouTube? Time will tell I suppose.
But for now, it’s still there. Over 1 million views and counting.
