* גמר המלאכה של יין לענין חיוב במעשר - לפי הברייתא של רבי אושעיא ששנה רב זביד: חכמים סוברים ששם יין עליו משירד לבור ויקפה (משיצופו על היין חרצני הענבים שמהם נסחט היין), ורבי עקיבא סובר ששם יין עליו משישלה היין מן הבור להינתן בחביות.
* לפי דעה זו של רב זביד: ביין נסך החמירו חכמים, וכבר משעה שירד לבור הוא נקרא יין.

* לדעת רבא: ביין נסך לא החמירו חכמים, אלא שיש תנא שלישי (המשנה שבדף הקודם) הסובר שלענין חיוב במעשר (ולענין יין נסך) שם יין עליו משירד מן הגת לבור.
* מה ששנינו במשנה, שאם היין ירד לבור מה שבבור אסור והיין הנשאר בגת מותר אף אם נגע בו נוכרי, זה רק אם לא החזיר לגת את הסל הקשור לצינור המוליך את היין מהגת לבור.
* ניסוך ברגל אינו נחשב לניסוך.

These are not mere kindnesses that He bestows, but good kindnesses, which is a double whammer!... G-d rewards us right away after we do something good; but mainly and this is the real bonus, He makes the recipient eligible for eternal everlasting good long after our actions in life.

Which is entirely good and which is never ending. a double treat indeed...!

* רבי שמעון מתיר מגע של עובד כוכבים שלא נתכוון לנסך.
* לדעת רב: תינוק בן יומו של עובד כוכבים הנוגע ביין - אוסר את היין בשתיה אך לא בהנאה.
* לדעת שמואל: הלוקח עבדים מן העובדי כוכבים, אע"פ שמלו וטבלו, עושים יין נסך עד שתשקע עבודת כוכבים מפיהם (=12 חודש).
