MONAKI NFT — успешный международный NFT проект на блокчейне TON, основанный в первой половине 2022 года опытной командой.  
Мы разрабатываем уникальные Web3 продукты для наших холдеров и для всей экосистемы TON в целом. У нас есть свой токен, который прошел листинг и торгуется на DEX биржах.

Сейчас мы ищем влюбленного в Web3 коллегу на позицию Project manager (IT)/BizDev

▪️Мы ждем, что Вы:
▫️Готовы и желаете работать на международном рынке;
▫️Общаетесь на английском языке (уровень не ниже B1-B2);
▫️Грамотно говорите и пишете;
▫️Желаете учиться и приобретать новые навыки;
▫️Имеете опыт работы в должности проект-менеджера, аккаунта, BizDev; а также опыт в Web3.
▫️Будет большим плюсом, если вы имели опыт работы с клиентами в B2B;

▪️Чем предстоит заниматься?
▫️Переговоры с парнерами;
▫️Формулировка задач и разработка брифа, презентация продуктов проекта и поиск парнерств и коллабораций;
▫️Подготовка подходящих предложений для интеграции нашего токена в P2E игры, казино маркетплейсы, другие Web 3 продукты и их презентация;
▫️Составление плана работ по выполнению задач и их организация внутри компании, распределение обязанностей и установление сроков их выполнения. Поиск партнёров и коллабораций.
▫️Участие в конференциях и выставках;
▫️Проведение анализа деятельности конкурентов.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager\Sales Director

Our company specializes in custom blockchain and Web3 development projects within the NFT, DeFi, DAO, and GameFi sectors. We actively engage with clients from the USA and Western Europe, including the United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. There's no challenge too big for us!

▪️Key Responsibilities:
▫️Develop and implement a sales strategy for achieving targets.
▫️Actively seek out major clients, partners, and influential individuals, fostering strong relationships that lead to new business opportunities with our existing client base.
▫️Enhance brand recognition in collaboration with the marketing team.
▫️Build a team once personal sales goals are achieved.

▪️Requirements:
▫️At least 1 year of sales experience in the blockchain industry. Prior experience in selling custom development is mandatory.
▫️More than 3 years of sales experience.
▫️English language - B2-C1 level.
▫️Extensive network of potential clients.
