Richard Vobes: The Future Isn't Dystopian, We Can Remain Free

Dr Tess Lawrie was pleased to reveal to Richard Vobes that he will be host of the Better Way Conference panel on free thinking this summer in the historic city of Bath, UK.

Vobes: "I think people need to know that there is a future and that it isn't dystopian, and we don't have to have cameras looking at us, and buy into all this or just roll over and let it happen. That we are able, quite easily, to push back."

A story of complexity: nutrition, brain and metabolism.

Nutritional therapist and clinical psychoneuroimmunologist Francesca Havens (🇦🇺) looks at the dietary and environmental changes in the last hundred years and how we have moved away from health. She pays particular attention to the impacts on mental health and human metabolism, taking closer looks at a couple of examples of major impacting influences from the contemporary environment like glyphosate and vegetable oils.

The discussion is supported with findings from medical studies showing the various ways in which the food industry has biohacked our minds, and opens to debate at the end to discuss proposed solutions.
