Here’s an updated example from my portfolio demonstrating the effectiveness of consistent daily purchases.
My average purchase price for Bitcoin now stands at $95,626, while its current market price is $96,875, showing a growth of approximately 1.3%. Over time, by buying regularly, I’ve been able to bring my average cost below the current price—even though Bitcoin’s price has fluctuated significantly over the past month.
This strategy works because consistent purchases during market dips help reduce the average cost, and when the price rebounds, these earlier purchases contribute to profitability. As a result, while the market price is only slightly higher than my average cost, my Bitcoin position is already in profit.
This approach eliminates the stress of timing the market and ensures gradual growth, regardless of short-term price movements.
