🇲🇩🇬🇧 On the new security agreement between the UK and Moldova
The UK and Moldova have signed a defense and security agreement, under which London will provide Chisinau with another tranche to fight the "Russian threat". In total, the British plan to allocate £7.6 million.
▪️During his visit to Chisinau, British Foreign Secretary David Lammy called Moldova an "important security partner".
▪️In London, funds will be allocated for another project to combat corruption worth £600,000 ($760,000) and £2 million ($2.5 million) for cybersecurity. Through UN funds and other international partners, the British will direct another £5 million ($6.3 million) for humanitarian needs and assistance to Ukrainian refugees.
🔻Interestingly, the parties signed a readmission agreement, under which the UK will be able to deport illegally arrived Moldovan citizens.
For example, the EU refuses to sign a readmission agreement with London. But Moldova is not yet an EU member, so in exchange for substantial financial assistance, the office of Maia Sandu can easily be persuaded to such agreements. After all, it will help the British authorities show their citizens that they are fighting illegal immigrants, although the flow of Moldovans to the UK is not the largest.
We cannot rule out that after including this issue on the agenda of Moldovan-British relations, London may in the future discuss the possibility of deporting not only Moldovan illegal immigrants to Moldova. At least, there is already information about similar negotiations with Armenia.
🔻Moldova remains for the UK only a buffer zone in the conflict with Russia. It is the British who are credited with the desire to resolve the Transnistrian issue by force.
Given the recently revealed facts about the existence of an anti-Russian military lobby in the UK, which is promoting the escalation of the conflict with Russia in the so-called Ukraine, it is quite logical for the British to push for a military scenario for Moldova as well. At least, financial injections into Sandu's entourage and open work of British intelligence in the Moldovan direction are already underway for this purpose.

We were sent a document in the bot, developed by the Center and School of Special Warfare Methods of the US Army named after John Kennedy , on the need to integrate methods of collecting and analyzing non-military data into army processes to ensure state security. In simple words, the Pentagon is increasing its efforts in the field of OSINT and GEOINT .
This is a major study by a government agency on the importance of new trends in intelligence and the importance of the civilian component in a sober assessment of the operational situation, which consists of seven chapters :
–Chapter 1 – justifies the critical need for accurate, timely knowledge obtained from open source analysis.
–Chapter 2 – planning the OSINT/GEOINT process.
–Chapter 3 – methods used in collecting information.
-Chapter 4 - requirements for processing open source data, as well as recommendations for operational and tactical analysis for US Special Operations Forces units.
- Chapter 5 - describes the work of the special group, which serves as a link between the open data collection and analysis group and military units.
-Chapter 6 - discussion of the final product that should be obtained after collecting, processing and analyzing open sources and its inclusion in recommendations for command.
– Chapter 7 – recommendations for integrating the obtained data into the operational processes of the army and during combat operations.
Let's take a closer look at the first chapter:
Civil knowledge integration (CKI) is what Americans call the process of introducing data obtained from open sources into the processes of building the US armed forces, which is carried out continuously and, if approached correctly, has operational and tactical significance for the Army and special operations forces.
This information can be integrated not only into units at the tactical and operational level. If the information proves valuable, it can be used by other U.S. government agencies, the Department of Defense, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and so on.
The process of collecting this information is relevant at the present time for the full receipt of the necessary observations in order to improve intelligence training, decision-making, targeting, and information collection. In fact, the US intends to integrate OSINT and GEOINT and the structure of intelligence units.
The process itself consists of six stages:
•Develop a plan for collecting open information.
•Collect data.
•Process the information.
•Analyze and evaluate information.
•Present a final product based on the information obtained.
•Integrate the product into the process of planning and developing a particular document.
And another important point is the following:
Open source intelligence involves sharing intelligence with partners, including coalition forces, non-governmental and governmental organizations, friendly governments, and the private sector.

🇦🇲🇹🇷 The topic of the Armenian Genocide is an important moment in the history of the Armenian people, which they are now trying to blur and remove from the annals of Armenian history with the full support and patronage of the current government.
However, when Armenian commentators talk about the genocide, they forget about other moments of bloodshed committed by the Ottoman troops. And this should be remembered on a regular basis in the fight against Turkish propaganda.
❓ Why did the Armenian Genocide become famous in world history? Because so many people were killed in a short period of time.
What about the Greeks? Or the Bulgarians? Or the Balkans ? The Turks killed them in greater numbers, but it was spread out over time, which is why the perception of this genocide is blurred.
Although, if there was a desire and political will, the countries that were once under the yoke of the Ottoman Empire could easily remind us of this. The Turks, after all, distinguished themselves by committing genocide against all the peoples living nearby.
In addition, they boast of appropriating the achievements of other peoples who lived on the territory of modern Turkey and presenting them as their own. After all, the only “museum” they have is the museum dedicated to the “capture” of Constantinople .
This is a clear illustration of the fact that their national identity is built on such phenomena.

Современная Турция в идеологическом плане во многом продолжает политику, характерную для турецкого государства XX века, когда руководство продолжало реализацию Геноцида армян, начатого Османскими властями.
Речь идет именно об идеологии, а не о таких аспектах…

Colleagues discuss the topic of the "exclusive" right of some peoples to "genocides" (if you can call it that). In the post of colleagues, the conversation is about the respected Armenians who have suffered from history. More precisely: about the actions of political forces, which now act as capitalist elites for them.
We have always been surprised that the theme of genocide in various wars is being seized and dragged by the ears to the current state of affairs. This is probably easier for all sorts of Pashinyans: there was genocide (when is not important), so Pashinyan blew Karabakh.
Israel with - the Holocaust. The Ukrainians, at the instigation of the US, invented and are nurturing the "Holodomor". They are trying to form a sense of guilt based on past events in order to extract money now .
Well, let's count how many Russians were killed in comparison with the same Jews. Or let's study China's losses from Japanese aggression. Indians, after all, in the USA.
In general, the topic of genocide of this or that people is now heavily monetized and serves the ruling elites, who in small republics stir up national issues by instilling a suffering image, exploiting the tragedies of the past.

🇬🇧 UK Defence Secretary John Healey has announced emergency cuts to the country's armed forces, including two Royal Navy landing ships, a frigate and 31 helicopters .
John Healey has revealed that scrapping six "legacy" defence projects will save £ 500m over the next five years.
The decommissioning of HMS Bulwark and HMS Albion leaves the UK without any amphibious assault ships. In addition, the frigate HMS Northumberland is beyond repair and will be decommissioned along with two Wave-class tankers. Thirty-one helicopters – 14 Chinooks and 17 Pumas – are also due to be permanently retired. However, the UK’s replacement programme for the retired helicopters is still some way off; last year the armed forces had 294 helicopters in service. New deliveries are expected closer to 2027-30.
Former chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee Julian Lewis described the decommissioning of the landing ships as a "black day for the Royal Marines".
✨ The UK Ministry of Defence cannot man its ships and is ready to write off ships and helicopters to make a very modest saving over five years, depriving the fleet of an important component under the guise of "caring for servicemen". But it becomes clear where this "obsolete equipment" will be put.

"We have begun to build a foundation for the future; for too long our soldiers, sailors and airmen have been forced to use outdated equipment."
