🗒️ “Sanctification” for the believer is a process of being set apart for the Lord. It begins the moment we are saved and is completed when the Lord returns and we receive our glorification.

There’s no verse in the Bible that says devils are trusting in Christ alone to save them; what you have here is just the intellectual acknowledgment that there is one God. People have this false idea that certain sins will cause a loss of salvation and that’s the only option.

The Bible never once talks about a loss of salvation.

🔹In fact, it points out the smallest good deed that somebody could do would be rewarded.
🔹Disobedience to God can result in a loss of rewards, as well as earthly punishment just as a father disciplines his children for misbehaving.

Mark 9:41: "For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward."

Missing out on reward for good deeds is possible and is a serious thing.

Luke 6:35: "But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil."

Loving others isn’t part of salvation, but is for obedience which God will greatly reward us for!
