A reporter described asking the Secretary of State’s office how an immigration center in Lewiston ended up on a driver’s license tied to a recent missing-person incident, only to be stonewalled, with staff polite but unwilling to provide any information, raising serious concerns about transparency, election integrity, and accountability.
