You look at American performance, which has been, thanks to the bravery of Americans and ingenuity—and I would like to believe our tech—very few losses on our side, very precise, very controlled, and then a complete ability—you saw this in Venezuela—to dismantle these things.

It was not possible to do these things 2-3 years ago, and now America can really do this with great precision and with very low cost to us in terms of lives and casualties.
