Based on the agreement concluded under international auspices, it was agreed that the forces of the Damascus government would enter the cities of Deir Hafer and Maskanah in eastern Aleppo after our forces completed the withdrawal from them.

However, Damascus violated the terms of the agreement and entered the cities before the completion of our fighters' withdrawal, which led to a highly dangerous situation and foreshadows serious consequences.

Therefore, we call on the international forces sponsoring the agreement to urgently intervene to ensure compliance with its terms and prevent the situation from escalating.
